The table below lists the journals and publishers selected by the research school domain panels. In many cases, they are differentiated by target group or readership. They can include subdomain (or specialism), domain (or discipline), or multidisciplinary communication channels that involve communicating with other smaller or larger subject areas, as well as hybrid channels. The column In Other Systems shows whether the channel has also been listed in systems abroad, for example VABB-SHW (Flanders), CRISTiN (Norway), and the EU’s ERIH+. For more information about this topic, see Other initiatives.
The lists were updated on 11 September 2017. The lists for Philosophy will be updated later this year. Missing information on language will be updated. In the case of journals that do not have an ISSN number or that are marked as having ‘None’, no ISSN data has so far been identified.
You will find a brief history of the lists and a description of their purpose in the manual.
An explanation of hybrid publications can be found here.
